DO tell yourself the war is Ukraine's problem, not yours.

DO assume it will end on its own, without your help.

DO let uncertainty decide for you: if you're not sure what helps, do nothing at all. This pleases Putin.

Doing nothing isn't staying neutral. It's picking a side, and it's the invader's.
